We’re passionate about brewing high-quality beers, using the finest ingredients and showcasing bold, juicy hop-forward flavours. 2025 is a huge year for us, and we’re looking for a driven Account Manager to join our team and help us grow across London’s on-trade market.

ABOUT YOU

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced in sales within the London beer/hospitality industry (essential)
  • Proven at hitting sales targets and growing territories
  • Highly organised, independent, and solutions-oriented
  • A natural relationship builder with strong communication skills
  • Passionate about craft beer and brand building
  • Positive, proactive, and resilient in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities

THE ROLE

As Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of our London territory, building strong, lasting relationships with pubs, bars, and venues. You’ll be out in the field daily- growing existing accounts, opening new ones, and ensuring our brand is represented at the highest level.
This is a full-time, field-based sales role reporting to our Sales Director. It’s ideal for someone with strong beer industry knowledge and a proven track record of developing accounts in a fast-paced, competitive market.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage, retain, and grow existing on-trade accounts across your territory
  • Open and activate new accounts in line with sales targets
  • Act as the face of Goodness Brewing Co. with customers and industry partners
  • Work closely with marketing, logistics, and brewing teams to maximise sales opportunities
  • Plan and execute account activations and events
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the beer industry, competitors, and trends
  • Attend trade shows, networking events, and tap takeovers (including some evenings/weekends)
