REQUIREMENTS

• Active Idaho Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• Prior experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to build rapport with clients.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Great organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient computer skills and familiarity with insurance software.
