Job Description To strengthen our sales team, we are looking for an Account Manager (m/f/d). The Account Manager role is a key driver of our sellers’ success. As the primary link to potential partners, Account Manager identify and engage new sellers through persuasive outreach and targeted acquisition efforts. Key Responsibilities: Cold Calling and Seller Acquisition: Proactively reach out to potential sellers, articulate the benefits of joining our platform, and convince them of the value proposition. Seller Onboarding: Guide new sellers through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and efficient start to their journey on our platform. Strategic Consultation: Work closely with sellers to understand their business goals and provide strategic insights and recommendations to optimize their presence in the marketplace. Performance Analysis: Analyze seller performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that drive success. Education and Support: Provide ongoing support to sellers by educating them on marketplace tools, trends, and best practices to enhance their business operations. Qualifications Proven experience in Sales and/or Account Management, ideally within fast‑paced commercial environments. Hands-on background in e‑Commerce, with a solid understanding of online marketplace dynamics. 2+ years in a similar role, demonstrating consistent performance and growth. Experience in Seller Onboarding or Seller Support is highly advantageous. Familiarity with Seller Portal tools, marketplace dashboards, or related platforms is considered a strong plus.
