Our Health Care Business Line specializes in high-performance pharmaceutical excipients designed to enhance medicine effectiveness. We deliver innovative solutions for pharmaceutical applications including solubilization, bioavailability enhancement, controlled release, and target delivery, while maintaining the highest quality and industry standards.
To grow our Health Care business we are looking for an Account Manager (m/f/d) for the EMEA Region, located either in Germany, France or Spain.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure implementation and execution of HealthCare strategy in EMEA.
  • Take ownership of existing business and develop new sales of our Health Care portfolio with a focus on managing and growing existing customers profitably and fostering customer relationships.
  • Keep close and direct contact with existing customers through regular visits and monitor their needs and the competitive landscape.
  • Introduce our new excipient range and build a growing opportunity pipeline to increase share of wallet.
  • Promote our portfolio to new customers in the assigned territory and work with our Business Development team to create projects.
  • Initiate and lead customer projects in close cooperation with the technical team, our Business Developers, our Marketing and Operations including Quality Assurance, Regulatory as well as the rest Sales team.
  • Continuously update the market database and forecast short-, mid- and long-term business potentials, keep them in our Demand Planning and CRM tools. Close cooperation with relevant stakeholders. Maintain prices using relevant tools.
  • Hold internal and external presentations, representing the Company at trade associations and congresses.
