Please note: This position will be based in our LEGO® Sales Office in Grasbrunn , close to Munich and will follow a hybrid working model with 3 days in the office and up to 2 days remotely. Relocation support is not offered.

Responsibilities
  • Co-responsibility for omnichannel retail customers: Manage relationship and business operations for toy specialist customer within the DACH region and thereby achieve our strategic business goals. As a key go-to-person for the team on customer side you will bring the LEGO® brand to live in brick & mortar stores as well as online. You will contribute to commercial planning, collaborate closely with our eCommerce, Trade Marketing, Field sales team and ensure the state -of-the-art execution of all planned activities. This will position you in the driver’s seat for the start of your own career within LEGO® EUC’s Key Account Management team.
  • Be an active part of the planning & execution process of the yearly Sales & Marketing calendar: Your toolbox will reach from launch and shopper occasion-based campaigns to engaging consumer & shopper content as well as sales driving promotions. Plan, implement, keep track as well as follow-up on these topics.
  • Consistent Brand Execution: Collaborate across the LEGO® Group to ensure the seamless shopper experience is consistent across all channels and geography in delivering the LEGO® brand values. Use cross-functional insights and analytics to develop multi-channel shopper strategies that achieve excellent execution with consistency at all points of purchase.
  • Grow Active Consumer Base: All activations & projects with the retailer are fueling into the goal of actively increasing the LEGO® Group’s active consumer base and thereby reaching more kids & adults for us as a brand.
