HOW WILL YOU DO IT

  • As an ambitious Sales Personality with a hunter mentality, you will deliver business goals to ensure continued growth. Using your in-depth knowledge of MF&PS products, you will drive continuous success for your Area of Responsibility in the Germany.
  • Developing and implementing the MF&PS sales strategy in the region and aligned with the Regional and European strategy
  • Analyzing market opportunities to develop and implement strategies to maximize margins and increased market penetration
  • Be responsible for seeking synergy opportunities across the NBU’s, both in terms of processes, tools, systems, shared workforces, cross-selling and upselling.
  • Have a good understanding of the businesses’ products or services and be able to advise others about them
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with (distribution) partners to maintain connection with local market characteristics
  • Driving sales excellence and delivering sales performance across channels
  • Ensuring the pricing policy is in place for each sales channel
  • Forecasting and reporting business sales volumes, as requested frequency.
  • Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Technical Services & Training and other functional groups to inform them of market conditions, pricing issues, competitive trends, and similar.
  • Attend seminars, trade shows and industry conferences for educational and customer-oriented purposes
  • Professional use of our CRM tool sales force by logging call plans, opportunity follow up, account planning etc.
  • You will work as One Team within the Company

Responsibilities

As Account Manager Metal Framing & Pipe Supports (MF&PS) you serve your existing customers but also identify, investigate and evaluate new growth opportunities to generate incremental revenue, improve profitability and help the business to grow. Develop strong (consultative) relationships with key (distribution) partners, end-users, OEMs and other important players to ensure that our MF&PS products are specified and bought and that you will meet the set (sales) targets.
Reporting into the Sales Manager you will be responsible to implement the regional MF&PS strategy in Germany and to meet your set targets.
This position will be based in Germany
