Role Summary: Account Manager for a major tourism brand. You’ll be the operational lead, managing timelines, budgets, and manpower. Requires 5+ years’ experience in agency operations and project management to ensure creative work is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest strategic standard. Role: Client Partnership: Serve as the primary day-to-day contact and strategic partner for client stakeholders, fostering open and transparent communication while managing expectations effectively. Project Management: Develop, own, and manage all project timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables across the team, ensuring efficient workflow and on-time completion. Operational Excellence: Implement and manage the team's operational framework, including structured Work-in-Progress (WIP) meetings, performance tracking, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs). Financial Oversight: Oversee detailed budget tracking, manage all monthly billings, and handle financial reporting to ensure the project remains on budget and compliant with financial regulations. Strategic Alignment: Collaborate closely with the Creative Lead to ensure all executed work maintains strategic alignment and upholds the highest standards of creative excellence. Manpower Leadership: Lead all manpower management duties, including team onboarding, managing leave schedules, and handling grievance procedures to ensure a stable and productive team environment. Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify and address potential roadblocks or resource conflicts, serving as the central point of accountability for problem-solving. You: Minimum 6+ years of professional experience in account management, project management, or operations management, ideally within a creative agency, media, or technology environment. Proven track record in developing, managing, and delivering complex, multi-stream projects with rigorous attention to detail. Strong financial acumen, with direct experience in budget tracking, billing, and financial reporting. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and manage expectations at various stakeholder levels. Experience in leading and managing manpower requirements (e.g., resource allocation, onboarding, performance review processes). A highly organised, strategic thinker and a self-starter with the proven ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity in a fast-paced, matrix environment. Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills, with proven experience presenting project status and performance metrics.
