ACCOUNT MANAGER – MARKET RESEARCH

Previous experience in a similar role within the market research industry is essential.
Vocal Views is an award-winning Market Research Agency, shaping the world’s biggest brands through insights that drive change. Supporting studies for exciting brands such as Samsung, Netflix and Ubisoft, we are now on the lookout for an Account Manager to join our growing, dynamic team.
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing incoming client bids, building and nurturing strong customer and partner relationships, and actively sourcing new business opportunities to drive growth. You will act as the bridge between clients and our operations team, ensuring that expectations are met and opportunities are maximised.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in a similar role within the market research industry is essential
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and confident manner
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and drive revenue growth
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence using digital tools
  • A proactive, positive mindset with a strong drive for success
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and respond to incoming client bids and requests for proposals
  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients and partners
  • Source and develop new business opportunities through outreach and networking
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure client requirements are understood and delivered effectively
  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business
  • Provide regular updates, reports, and insights to management on business development activities
  • Represent Vocal Views at industry events and client meetings to expand networks and promote services
