Description

FEED Media House is seeking a forward-thinking part-time/hourly Account Manager to join our team. The Account Manager is responsible for growing and nurturing new and existing client relationships by exceeding expectations and ensuring the timely and successful delivery of initiatives. They are responsible for effectively creating and scheduling unique and original marketing content for FEED’s clients’ social media channels. They will be responsible for continuing to build brands, maximize awareness/visibility, and drive revenue. This person is a design-focused, enthusiastic, organized and innovative team player who assists with key projects.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of professional experience in digital account management and digital marketing
  • Undergraduate degree in communications, marketing, advertising, public relations, or new media design
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Experience with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and emerging social media platforms
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to track metrics proving ROI of marketing efforts
  • Knowledge of social post-scheduling software (Loomly, Later, Buffer or similar)
  • Examples of account management successes and wins
  • Be able to spot digital marketing opportunities in client’s niches
Responsibilities
  • Act as the point person with clients, keeping them informed through clear and consistent communication via email, phone, meetings, etc.
  • Work closely with team and client to strategize digital marketing campaigns and content ideas that drive lead generation, engagement, conversions and ROI
  • Deliver quarterly client KPI reports measuring wins/loses and providing clear guidance
  • Oversee, moderate, monitor and enhance the client’s social media profiles, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and TikTok
  • Some daily/weekly community engagement to help grow social reach
