KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Technical Skills: Proven expertise in managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, with a thorough understanding of platform best practices and updates.
  • Behavioral Skills: Ability to build trust with clients, demonstrate leadership, and provide a consultative approach to account management.
  • Analytical Skills: A strong ability to interpret campaign data, measure ROI, and translate insights into strategies.

Salary Range: £28,000 - £40,000 per annum (depending on experience)

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Account Manager to oversee key client accounts, ensuring exceptional campaign delivery and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years of post-graduate digital marketing experience, with at least 3+ years in account management. This role requires in-depth knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads management, as well as a passion for digital advertising.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Client Relationships: Build and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring their advertising goals are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Campaign Management: Develop and implement strategic campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms, delivering measurable results.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and producing comprehensive reports.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, analytics, and content, to deliver high-quality work.
  • Upselling & Growth: Identify opportunities to expand account services and support client growth.
  • Primary Point of Contact: Act as the main client liaison, managing inquiries, feedback, and ensuring clear communication.
