Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for a dedicated Account Manager to join our team on a maternity cover basis for a fixed term of 2 years. This role offers an excellent opportunity to manage key client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and skilled at maintaining strong client partnerships to support business growth. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of client accounts, acting as the main point of contact. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. Coordinate with internal teams to deliver services that meet or exceed client expectations. Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns effectively. Prepare regular reports on account status, including sales forecasts and client feedback. Adapt quickly and efficiently during the maternity cover period to ensure seamless continuity of service. Our most successful candidates will have: A Bachelor’s Degree Three years operations and management experience; Process transformation experience required Strong analytical skills; be able to interpret data, identify trends, and make suggestions for improvements - Demonstrated leadership skills; be able to take the lead in making improvements and resolving issues Ability to efficiently manage time and keep track of multiple schedules, meetings, and initiatives Strong verbal and written communication skills; be able to communicate in a clear, constructive, and professional manner Experience in managing mid-size team 100-200 FTEs is a benefit Background in the travel vertical/industry will be a major plus Excellent working knowledge of MS Office applications, previous experience managing mid to large teams and travel experience is an advantage Competitive Monthly Salary Relocation Package Fully Paid Training Health Insurance And Much More...
