Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

We’re growing and expanding our teams and are now searching for a new Account Manager to join our talented team.
Central to all client activity, you will be responsible for managing the full marketing mix for your clients across a wide array of touchpoints, including, but not limited to, branding, print, digital, social and OOH. This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record in social media management, particularly across the FMCG and Food & Beverage industries. With social media being one of our fastest-growing teams, there will be a number of social clients which you will be responsible for.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED FOR THIS ROLE:

  • 3–5 years’ experience in account management with a strong focus on social media (client or agency side), ideally managing social-first campaigns end-to-end
  • Sound project management skills with exposure across the full marketing mix, including: branding, print, OOH, digital and social
  • Experience of working across brands of differing size and spend
  • Experience of supporting with / exposure to a variety of areas, including social media, content creation + filming, campaign roll-out, branding, print and digital
  • Experience of leading a portfolio of accounts and managing day to day client comms
  • Experience across Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and TikTok.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Content creation know-how, from briefing and overseeing to rolling up your sleeves: filming, editing, and producing social-first content (using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut Pro, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on performance data.
  • Highly versed in the creative process and managing multi-platform creative through the studio
  • Great ability to recognise and act on opportunities as they arise, both within your discipline and across the wider agency
  • A polished yet human approach to presenting – both in preparation and delivery
  • Ability and willingness to travel to client locations throughout the UK and abroad (UK driving license in desirable)
