Summary:  The Account Manager plays a critical role in fostering relationships with key house accounts, re-engaging lost business, and delivering exceptional customer service. This position is responsible for proactive outreach, strategic account management, and administrative support to drive sales growth and enhance business operations.   Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8am to 5pm Compensation: $28.85 - $33.65/hr Duties and Responsibilities:   * Maintain and strengthen relationships with top house accounts by conducting monthly check-in calls to ensure high-quality customer service, address concerns, and identify opportunities for growth. * Serve as the main point of contact for inbound calls and emails from clinics, providing timely responses to inquiries, protocol changes and questions related to house accounts. * Proactively reach out to lost or slowed accounts to assess their needs and work hand in hand with the Business Development Managers to facilitate re-engagement. * Accurately update and maintain accounts in Systoc, ensuring that all client information remains current. * Complete and submit win-back forms for the Business Development Managers, documenting company details, key contacts and other relevant account information to support the re-engagement process. * Additional duties as assigned.   Qualifications:   * Prior experience in inside sales, customer service, or account management preferred. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. * Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines. * Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently and collaboratively.
