Our client, a well-established financial services firm, is looking for a VIP Relationship Manager / Account Manager to own and grow relationships with their most valuable clients in the UAE.

You will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of HNW/UHNW individuals and key institutional clients, delivering a premium, white-glove service while driving revenue, retention, and referrals.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage and deepen relationships with an assigned book of VIP/HNW clients across the UAE
• Serve as the trusted advisor on banking, investment, and wealth solutions tailored to each client’s goals
• Proactively identify opportunities to grow AUM, cross-sell products, and increase wallet share
• Coordinate internally with product, investment, compliance, and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery
• Monitor client activity, satisfaction, and risk; intervene early to protect and enhance relationships
• Represent the firm at VIP events, roadshows, and networking occasions
• Maintain full compliance with UAE regulatory requirements and internal policies

• Profile & Experience5–10+ years in relationship management within financial services (private banking, wealth management, priority banking, or equivalent)
• Proven track record managing HNW/UHNW or VIP client segments in the UAE/GCC
• Strong understanding of investment products, markets, and wealth planning (equities, fixed income, funds, structured products, etc.)
• Existing network and portable book of business in the UAE is a strong advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to engage confidently with senior clients and family offices
• Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field; professional qualifications (CFA, CISI, CFP, etc.) are a plus
• Fluency in English is essential; Arabic or other languages are advantageous
