Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Account Manager to join our growing healthcare SaaS team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and setting up client accounts on our platform, ensuring smooth onboarding, and serving as the primary point of contact for clients. You will lead account management initiatives, foster strong client relationships, and play a key role in driving adoption and satisfaction.
This position is ideal for someone who combines account management and communication skills with a technical mindset. Coding or technical experience is a big plus, as it will help you better understand our product, troubleshoot client issues, and collaborate with our development team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of client accounts, from setup and onboarding to ongoing support and growth.
  • Serve as the lead account manager, ensuring client needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Collaborate with clients to configure and optimize their use of our SaaS healthcare platform.
  • Conduct warm outreach to prospective clients and support business development initiatives.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to execute targeted B2B campaigns.
  • Track account activities, manage pipelines, and report performance using Salesforce (or similar CRM).
  • Support technical discussions with clients by understanding product features and resolving inquiries.
  • Partner with the product and engineering teams to communicate client feedback and improve the platform.
  • Analyze client usage, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in account management or client success, ideally in a SaaS or healthcare setting.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Technical skills or coding experience strongly preferred (e.g., ability to understand APIs, basic troubleshooting, or software workflows).
  • Familiarity with B2B sales processes and negotiation.
  • Experience using Salesforce or other CRM tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts with professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable conducting warm calls and client-facing meetings.
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to guide clients and internal teams toward success.
