Reachcom for Media & Advertising is hiring an Account Manager. This is a full-time position based in Maadi, Egypt, for candidates with experience in account management and client services. About Reachcom Reachcom for Media & Advertising is a creative agency delivering innovative media and advertising solutions across digital and traditional platforms. We partner with brands to create impactful campaigns, combining strategy, creativity, and high-quality execution in every project. About the Role We are looking for a proactive Account Manager to oversee client accounts, coordinate project delivery, and ensure client satisfaction. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and able to balance client expectations with internal team capabilities. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day client accounts and serve as the main point of contact. Coordinate between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. Develop and maintain strong client relationships. Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables. Assist in developing account strategies and campaign plans. Support the Account Director in reporting, presentations, and client meetings. Stay informed about industry trends and client competitors. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in account management or client services, preferably in an advertising or media agency. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously. Familiarity with advertising, digital marketing, and media processes.
