Description
Account Manager responsible for Sales of Process Solutions Products for the assigned accounts that are strategic as well as growth accounts in nature of initiatives for S. Korea with forward-thinking ideas to launch our flagship products in the targeted regional market resulting in sales growth. Your Role: Understand of overall Process Solutions (Process & Formulation Materials (biomolecule, liquid, solid formulation), Upstream(Cell-line, Media etc.), Downstream(Aseptic/Sterile Filter, TFF, Chromatography etc.), Single use and others) as well as regulatory topics in Pharma and Biopharmaceutical industry including Emerging Biotech. Serve as the contact point for targeted accounts management matters Set sales targets and specific performance metrics aligned with business strategies Stay up-to-date for development and execution of Plans of Action Suggest solutions and innovative ideas to meet customer needs and objectives Clearly communicate the progress of monthly or quarterly initiatives to all of stakeholders Communicate with customers to resolve issues and inquiries Handle complaints and problems in a timely and effective manner Act as the liaison between key customers and internal business partners Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports and suggest improvement & forecasts using SFDC as a tool Other tasks assigned by your superior Who You Are: Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology or other related sciences or technical equivalent +5 years of combined Development experience in pharma/biopharma or relevant sales role with accountability for financial results Intrinsically driven professional with the ability to work independently Validated work experience as an account manager (Sales/Commercial Role) Proven success in high-profile internal projects Business proficient in English Understanding of overall Process Solutions (Process & Formulation Materials, Upstream, Downstream, Single use and others) as well as regulatory topics in Pharma and Biopharmaceutical industry including Emerging Biotech.
