We are currently seeking an energetic and dedicated Account Manager for Southwest Michigan based in Niles. Requirements Key Skills and Competencies Customer Insight Selling – Ability to challenge customer thinking, reframe problems, and drive action through relevant, value-based insights Client-Centered Communication – Connects messaging and solutions directly to client priorities, delivering clear, compelling, and results-driven conversations Sales Cycle Execution – Effectively manages the full sales process from prospecting to close, maintaining momentum and aligning next steps to drive decisions Emotional Intelligence & Composure – Demonstrates strong self-awareness and professionalism; communicates with intention and remains effective under pressure Adaptability & Resilience – Thrives in a fast-paced environment, embraces change, collaborates effectively, and maintains a growth-oriented, results-focused mindset Qualifications Some college or associate’s degree preferred Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance in good standing Active state notary and title insurance license (as required by state and/or willingness to obtain) Experience delivering presentations and public speaking preferred Strong local market knowledge Minimum of 2 years of sales experience with direct client interaction; preferred candidates have experience in the real estate industry (title and escrow, mortgage, builder/developer sales, property and casualty insurance, or home warranty) Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Basic understanding and use of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
Responsibilities
