Description

As a Account Manager at Meson Agency, your role will be vital in maintaining, developing, and expanding our client relationships. You will work closely with both new and existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded, and that they see the full value in our services.
You’ll be responsible for managing already-established accounts, as well as driving new client relationships and finally helping cross sell our existing clients to our other products coming to market. You will be responsible for anything from individual users all the way up to enterprise level accounts and acting as their first point of contact to the business.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and nurture existing client accounts to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Work with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions that fit their business objectives.
  • Actively bring on new clients and work to build strong, long-lasting relationships with them.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our services to maximize client spend.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client queries, ensuring swift and effective resolution.
  • Collaborate with our internal teams to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to clients to demonstrate the value of our services.
