About the Opportunity Due to our organization's continual growth, we are seeking an energetic and experienced Account Manager to join our sales team based in Perth to look after our existing customers and secure new business opportunities in and around WA.  In this Role This field sales position is full-time permanent. Reporting to the State Sales Manager, you will promote the Company's products and services and build relationships with new and existing accounts. Develop new business and grow the ‘pantry range’ with existing accounts. Identify opportunities and generate leads. Assist customer queries about products, prices, availability, and product uses. Start-to-end management of your customer accounts i.e. structured call cycle Review and analyse weekly and monthly reports (sales/gross profit margin data, and account profitability). Perform administrative duties such as preparing monthly reports, sales proposals, quotes, and applications, and maintaining call logs and sales records. Promote & ‘drive’ the SAVE loyalty program Other administrative tasks as required      You’re Likely a Match If Minimum 2 years' experience in Sales / Account Management. Prior experience in a fast-paced customer-facing environment. Prior FMCG and food service experience will be highly regarded. A passion and attitude for providing an outstanding customer experience Present with a calm, friendly, and confident telephone manner Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills. Be efficient with computers including Microsoft Suite. Must possess a valid Australian driver's license.
