We are seeking a Account Manager (West Michigan: Grand Rapids, Holland, Muskegon, Grand Haven, Kalamazoo, South Haven, Battle Creek, and Manistee) to drive client relationships, expand business opportunities, and ensure seamless service delivery within a specific market. You will play a key role in growing partnerships, particularly with Third-Party Administrators (TPAs), employer groups, brokers and consultants while identifying new revenue opportunities through additional product offerings. You will serve as the primary post-implementation contact, ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and expansion.
