Job Description The role of Account Manager – Mid Market is an exciting new role as a part of an expanding team in the Account Management team. You will be responsible for the in-life management and retention in a well-established area of the business. This role is office based in Crewe, and you’ll be a part of a vibrant office environment. The Account Manager will be responsible for the in-life management and retention of an established customer base by developing personal relationships, identifying new opportunities, and strengthening client security. Key duties include keeping churn below 5%, increasing cross-selling and product penetration, and managing profitability within commercial guidelines.
