This role requires a passion for client satisfaction, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to collaborate seamlessly with both internal teams and clients. The Landscape Account Manager reports to the Director of Maintenance Operations. As the Residential Landscape Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our residential/commercial clients. Your role involves understanding client needs, coordinating project requirements, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional landscaping services. You will collaborate with internal teams to guarantee client satisfaction and contribute to the growth of our residential landscape division. Qualifications Proven experience in residential landscape management or a related client-facing role. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to coordinate and manage landscaping projects. Results-driven with a track record of client satisfaction and revenue growth. Familiarity with landscape design and maintenance practices.
