We’re now looking for a reliable, empathetic, and proactive Account Manager / Customer Success Agent to join our team after hours and on weekends — helping families access support and ensuring everything runs smoothly during our busiest time.

Responsibilities
  • Responding to inbound customer inquiries (via phone, SMS, or email) with speed, clarity, and care.
  • Supporting sales conversations — explaining our tutoring subscription model and helping families get started.
  • Managing lesson bookings, cancellations, or rescheduling in real-time.
  • Liaising with tutors and customers to assign the right tutor and ensure consistent lesson delivery.
  • Handling basic subscription management, billing queries, and credit checks when required.
  • Logging interactions and keeping our CRM updated.
