Responsibilities

THE ROLE

  • This is an exciting opportunity for a growing marketing professional to work within a highly strategic Business Unit.
  • As an Account Manager, you will be a central position on the team, responsible for leading day to day preparation, planning and organization of a client portfolio and their subsequent brand programs.
  • The Account Manager is the hub of the wheel, assisting Senior Leadership with the streamlined oversight and preparation for all brand campaigns

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Leads all communication for project kick off, brief intake, planning budget and Scope of Work (SOW) process
  • Initiates a RACI chart and program campaign process, collaborates with Program Leadsand Center of Excellence (COE) leads during program execution
  • Develops project schedule and initiates critical path; takes the necessary action (and steps) to keep work and teams on-track
  • Sets a positive example across all shared services
  • Oversees a team of integrated shared service professionals throughout specific campaigns, programs and/or projects ensuring all program components are delivered on-time, on-budget and in a high-quality manner
  • Drives the process for seamless project-based budget creation and tracking, ensuring weekly check-ins with shared services, in addition to the development, follow up and tracking of all invoices
  • Coordinates with Program Leads and all team pillars (Reporting, Field, Operations) to ensure all deliverables are met on time, at a high quality and within budget
  • Functions as project lead (in collaboration with COE leads) in daily status meetings with the other Enablement team members
  • Proactively runs program oversight end to end, managing up to the Enablement team’s Account Director
  • Participates in regular brainstorms internally and externally and direct point of contact for mid-level client leading the US Carrier accounts
  • Enthusiastically gets to know clients, strengthening relationships through meetings, lunches, client outings etc.
  • Acts as primary Client Lead when COE/ projects calls for it ensuring smooth process with details in advance, during and post campaign activations
  • Active role in identifying opportunities for new projects
  • Confidently understands and can communicate breadth of Mosaic’s offerings to new and existing clients
