Responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and key Accounts. The role involves driving sales in terms of retention, cross-selling and sourcing business referrals, identifying client insurance needs, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring long-term client satisfaction. This position plays a critical role in client retention and contributing to achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with new and existing clients and understand their insurance requirements.
- Provide suitable insurance solutions to clients and explain policy coverage, benefits, premiums, renewals, and claims procedures.
- Maintain strong client relationships and achieve a minimum 95% client retention target.
- Handle client enquiries, complaints, policy servicing, renewals, modifications, and cancellations professionally and promptly.
- Conduct regular client reviews and identify opportunities for additional business.
- Coordinate with Underwriting, Claims, Customer Service, and other internal teams to ensure smooth policy issuance and servicing.
- Monitor outstanding and overdue premium payments and coordinate with the relevant departments for resolution and ensure timely premium collection.
- Keep clients updated on relevant insurance products, services, policy changes, renewal requirements and regulatory updates.
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports and provide management with updates on client trends, market opportunities, and competitive activity.
- Escalate complex client issues and service concerns to the appropriate department for timely resolution.
- Ensure all client activities are carried out in accordance with Company/Group policies, SOPs, regulatory requirements, compliance, and governance standards.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Insurance, or related field.
- Professional insurance qualifications such as Cert CII / DIP CII / AIII is an advantage.
- Valid UAE driving license is required.
Experience:
- Minimum 5–7 years of UAE experience in Insurance Broker or Insurance Company.
- Strong exposure to Group Medical and Life Insurance; knowledge of Property & Casualty (P&C), including Marine and Motor Insurance, would be an added advantage.
Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
