Position Overview:
Join MRI Software as a Professional Services Account Manager and play a pivotal role in driving the success of our MRI Community Client base. This is primarily a sales and client-facing role within the Professional Services team, responsible for identifying and closing service opportunities for clients currently using MRI software. The position involves working collaboratively with Project Managers, Consultants, Marketing, and Sales Account Managers to help clients make the most of their investment.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual GPS service order targets
  • Qualify opportunities and assess prospect value
  • Forecast GPS MRI Community service order opportunities
  • Prepare and issue Statements of Work, supporting demand generation for Recurring Professional Services opportunities
  • Maintain accurate records and manage the sales pipeline
  • Conduct timely follow-ups and support marketing campaigns
  • Handover projects to GPS delivery teams
  • Collaborate with the GPS MRI Community Leadership Team
  • Contribute to internal GPS and company-wide projects, focus on Client retention
  • Any other tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Preferred background in Sales, Account Management, Client Success or Professional Services
  • 3+ years’ experience in software, revenues & benefits, education, local authority, or real estate advantageous.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and organisational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
  • Commercially aware and industry-savvy
  • Resilient under pressure and target-driven
  • Confident, ambitious self-starter with a growth mindset
