SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.

  • Prior experience selling parts or services within mining, construction, or industrial industries.
  • Proven experience building relationships with senior leaders and business executives
  • Demonstrated high level problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems working with cross functional teams, both internally and at the customer level
  • Knowledge & experience in identifying sales opportunities by listening to the needs of the customer and linking the available product offerings to match those needs.
  • A high level of drive, persistence, and resilience.
  • Great time management skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites and exposure to Salesforce desirable
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with internal and external parties.
  • Strong understanding of our Komatsu Soft Rock Underground Fleet of equipment and its applications will be highly advantageous.
  • Ability to create reports to show customer relationship and sales related activity.
