As an Account Manager within Corporate Risk and Broking, you act as a trusted strategic adviser to both clients and prospects. You are responsible for developing existing client relationships as well as identifying and securing new business opportunities. Your focus will be on Natural Resources, where you are recognised for your credibility, sector knowledge and advisory approach. The role Client relationship management You manage and develop long-term relationships with an established client portfolio, ensuring consistently high-quality service delivery. Working closely with colleagues and maintaining clear agreements with clients, you become a reliable point of contact for all Risk & Broking-related matters. Business development Drawing on your professional network and market insight, you identify opportunities, engage with prospective clients and clearly present the value WTW can offer. You are able to translate client needs into well-considered, practical solutions. Collaboration You work effectively with colleagues across disciplines and geographies, engaging the appropriate expertise within WTW to deliver the best possible outcomes for clients. Advisory focus With a strong understanding of the industries you serve, you support clients in making strategic decisions and managing risks. Key responsibilities * Designing and implementing tailored risk solutions aligned with client needs; * Building and maintaining strong, professional relationships with existing and prospective clients; * Translating WTW’s national and international expertise into relevant, client-specific advice; * Monitoring service quality, undertaking regular reviews, and implementing improvements as required to ensure optimal client satisfaction; * You take the initiative in networking, arrange meetings, and present convincingly how WTW can add value. In essence, you act as an entrepreneur within WTW, defining and driving your own success.
