Roles & Responsibilities

1. Manage and grow assigned Modern Trade key accounts to achieve sales, volume, and profit targets.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with head office contacts of Modern Trade customers.
3. Negotiate, sign, and ensure the effective implementation of Business Development Agreements (BDAs).
4. Develop and execute account plans and customer development strategies.
5. Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
6. Monitor account performance and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful execution of business plans.
7. Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and business reviews.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Minimum 3 years of managerial sales experience in FMCG.
3. Proven experience managing key accounts and delivering sales growth.
4. Strong negotiation, communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
5. Good business and financial acumen.
6. Excellent English, Arabic is an advantage.
