Responsibilities

We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our EMEA client services team. Based in London, with hybrid working options, and reporting into one of our Senior Account Directors, you will manage B2B marketing campaigns (including Account-Based Marketing) for some of our key clients in EMEA, ensuring all work meets their objectives and is delivered on time and to a high standard.

As an Account Manager at Agent3, you will:

  • Manage the delivery of a range of programmes from start to finish, working with colleagues from across the business to deliver on time, on budget and to client expectations
  • Be an essential contact for clients, showing empathy for their challenges and opportunities
  • Work with both marketing and sales contacts to advise them on the best approach and keep them up to date on progress
  • Support with meeting commercial growth targets within your accounts, working with senior colleagues
  • Help manage the team’s resource allocations, so the right people are in place to meet the needs of client projects
  • Leverage the expertise of our internal team and facilitate collaboration and clear communication across different business units
  • Author and deliver detailed project briefs to creative teams
  • Effectively track project finances with support from senior client service team members
