As an Account Manager in the field, you are responsible for building, expanding and maintaining collaborations between Unilabs Netherlands and applicants for medical diagnostics. Your client portfolio consists of general practices, general practitioner groups and primary care centres in the regions of Amsterdam. Due to your customer focus and professional knowledge, you know what is needed to bind these markets. You take responsibility for understanding the relationship and our internal organisation, and are able to translate customer needs into our products and services like no other. In addition, you monitor the market position of Unilabs Nederland in your region and actively search for potential new customers. You see internal and external opportunities to improve our services, advise on this and have an eye for commercial opportunities. Our team is looking for an experienced account manager for the regions of Amsterdam with a preferred background in Healthcare or Pharmacy. You understand that qualities such as good business sense, tact, empathy, customer focus, perseverance and of course authority are important in this position. You are enterprising, a good listener and see commercial opportunities. You like to work independently and you have a winning mentality. Furthermore you have: A relevant higher professional or university degree; Relevant knowledge of the healthcare sector and the financing of the medical world; Excellent command of Dutch and English; Relevant knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, procedures, working methods and guidelines is an advantage; Experience as a medical representative in, for example, the pharmaceutical industry or an account manager in medical (device) technology is an advantage. Willing to travel to other locations from time to time.
