WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?

We are looking for a sales expert par excellence, with the drive for personal and business growth. In addition:

  • You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field, such as Industrial Engineering, Marketing Management, or similar
  • You have at least 5 years of business development experience, with experience in account and partnership management
  • Ideally, you have a network within compliance-driven industries such as metrology or electrification
  • You are experienced in tracking sales pipeline development, preferably using HubSpot CRM
  • You possess excellent communication and presentation skills, enabling you to engage effectively with stakeholders and external partners
  • You are fluent in English, both written and spoken, and proficiency in other languages is a plus
  • You demonstrate effective stakeholder management skills and strong organizational sensitivity
Responsibilities

As our Account Manager you play a crucial role in the growth of our customer base, creating new business through our network of commercial partnerships. You onboard new commercial partners, and manage and develop the existing partnerships, generating new leads and landing projects. With your interest in technology and innovations, you are an experienced discussion counterpart for our partners, and the companies they represent. You help them define their needs and propose which solutions NMi have to offer them. You are responsible for driving new business from prospect to customer, guiding them through the process from quote to order and setting up the project with the help of our Inside Sales and Operations teams.
NMi has several business units in which we operate.
The Account Manager will focus on supporting on all current NMi business lines (Liquid & Gas, Utilities, Weighing & Mobility), as well as business development areas (Electrification, Cyber Security). Together with our commercial partners active in these fields, you will contribute to tenders and tactical assignments, as well as driving new business.
