As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in driving No Isolation’s growth in Norway by helping build strong partnerships with schools, municipalities, and decision-makers. You will take full ownership of your region, from lead generation to closing deals and expanding our presence.

As an Account Manager at No Isolation, you will be part of a rapidly scaling company expanding across multiple markets – while also playing a crucial role in helping school authorities ensure that every child has access to education and social participation through our AV1 telepresence robot. Location: This is a hybrid role based in our Oslo office, with flexibility to work remotely. The position also requires travel within the surrounding regions.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Building market presence – Position No Isolation as a trusted solution provider, create impactful pilot projects, and engage with key stakeholders to establish AV1 as a recognized tool for reducing school absenteeism.
  • Generating leads & closing deals – Identify high-value prospects, secure meetings with decision-makers, and close impactful deals.
  • Taking a consultative approach– Understand customer challenges and present our solutions as strategic, high-impact investments.
  • Managing accounts & ensuring adoption – Build long-term partnerships, support implementation, and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Driving awareness & thought leadership– Represent No Isolation at industry events, host webinars, and actively network within the sector.
  • Shaping our strategy– Gather market insights, collaborate with internal teams, and remove blockers to accelerate our expansion.
