We are looking for an Account Manager to join our Novoville Team in Cyprus. As an Account Manager you will be responsible for growing our business by building strong, long-term client relationships and ensuring excellence in service delivery. You will support our clients through every stage of engagement, oversee and develop both new and existing accounts, and prepare tailored presentations for their needs. Novoville is a fast-growing SaaS company in the GovTech sector, working with local authorities across several European countries and helping modernize the way they communicate and engage with citizens. Managing daily communication and relationships with clients Serving as the primary point of contact for client needs, inquiries, and feedback Supporting renewals and upselling / cross-selling opportunities Tracking client KPIs, usage metrics, and satisfaction levels Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues and ensuring prompt escalation to appropriate teams for clear resolution Document client updates, notes, and next steps Use project management tools like Trello, Jira, Notion, Slack Support onboardings new clients and kick-off calls Collaborate with Sales Team to support business development activities. Qualify leads and opportunities in collaboration with the Sales Team. Work closely with internal teams (Development, Account, Product) to ensure smooth delivery of services or projects Advise clients on Novoville's best practices and innovative solutions Conduct product presentations and trainings Attend events, webinars, and conferences Qualifications Degree in Business Administration / Management or any related discipline Minimum of 1 year experience in a relevant position as an Account Manager Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Customer oriented mindset with excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask Excellent communication skills, with great attention to detail. Fluency in Greek and English (written and oral) Excellent knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace Solid understanding of IT systems, cloud solutions, or enterprise software Ability to translate business problems into feasible technical solutions Experience and understanding of technical concepts around integrated business solutions Experience with integrated business solutions (ERP/CRM) is a plus Strong time-management skills and ability to prioritize effectively Competitive remuneration package Flexible working model (hybrid/remote) Flexible working hours Career growth and development opportunities
