Exciting Opportunity: Account Manager – FUCHS LUBRICANTS (NEW ZEALAND) LTD
FUCHS Lubricants NZ Ltd is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our New Zealand team.
Reporting directly to the NZ Sales Manager, you will drive sales growth and ensure exceptional service for our entire South Island customers. Your portfolio will include automotive, industrial distributors, and direct business across the passenger car, heavy commercial, agricultural, and construction sectors.
This role is critical to the business, with a strong emphasis on solutions-oriented sales and customer relationship management. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute directly to the growth and profitability of FUCHS Lubricants NZ Ltd.

QUALIFICATIONS WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Minimum 4-Years Automotive/Industrial sales industry experience, with track record of developing business
  • Tertiary Qualification in Business and/or Sales or Marketing (well regarded).
  • Proven on-road sales experience within the Automotive, Agricultural, Commercial, or Mechanical Engineering sectors is highly desirable.
  • Self-motivated and autonomous, with the ability to manage your territory independently.
  • Strong understanding of trade channels and B2B sales dynamics.
  • Demonstrated success in B2B sales, with a keen interest in the automotive or industrial sectors.
  • Highly driven and target-focused, capable of working independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.
  • Results-oriented, thriving in a target-driven environment with opportunities for substantial commission rewards.
