Role Description OCLC Australia is seeking an experienced and relationship-focused Account Manager to join its ANZ team. This role will work closely with Sales and Marketing colleagues to support the development and execution of territory sales and account plans, while strengthening relationships with existing clients and identifying opportunities for growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, supporting sales initiatives, identifying new business opportunities, and assisting libraries in implementing OCLC products and services.
