We’re seeking a highly motivated person to join our dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with both our internal tech team and external clients to deliver tailored solutions, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and business success. In this role, you will own the implementation of the Octup platform for our unique clients. You will take over from sale to implementation, ensuring the client needs are met and the internal tech team has all the information they need to deliver exception service and custom reports to clients. Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success with Octup's platform. Project Management: Oversee custom reporting and data integration projects, managing timelines, deliverables, and communication between clients and the tech team. Solution Design: Work closely with clients to understand their business challenges, design tailored solutions using Octup’s platform, and ensure smooth implementation. Internal Collaboration: Coordinate with the tech team to manage project workflows, resolve client issues, and deliver on expectations. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve internal processes for better client outcomes and scalability. Requirements What We’re Looking For Experience: 1-3 years in client management, project management, or consulting roles (preferably in SaaS or technology). Exposure to enterprise clients is a plus. Skills: Exceptional presentation and communication skills. Strong research and analytical abilities to understand client needs and industry trends. Solid project management skills, including managing deadlines and multiple priorities. Technical literacy to work effectively with engineering teams and explain solutions to non-technical stakeholders. Personal Attributes: Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Passion for technology and innovation. Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
Responsibilities
The Account Manager will own the implementation of the Octup platform for clients, taking over from the sales stage through implementation to ensure client needs are met.
