Responsible for managing commercial topics related to assigned customer accounts (Ford Customer Service Division - FCSD in North America) with respect to MAHLE business units (MAHLE Engine & Components, MAHLE filtration products as well as MAHLE thermal products). Assist MAHLE with the designated customer providing support in discussing pricing deals and other important occasions. Provide assistance and support for all commercial discussions. Coordinate activities with Program Managers, production plants as needed in the event of a timing risk to establish “recovery plan” and notify customer. Create and maintain a network for information and communication flow both from customer to MAHLE and vice versa as well as within MAHLE´s organization.

YOUR EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Requires Bilingual due to multicultural enviroment.
  • Experience of 5+ years in similar position with knowledge of OEM in the Automotive Industry with commercial account management experience.
  • Requires the ability to manage multiple account/customer.
  • Great communication and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated, customer-oriented, and detail-oriented.
  • Knowledge of advanced excel is desired.
