Collaborate with the Planning and Business Directors to deliver innovative, effective, and award-winning media solutions using the Hearts & Science planning process.
Ensure accuracy, efficiency, and excellence in campaign management.
Manage junior to mid-level client relationships, ensuring smooth operations and timely communication.
Work collaboratively with internal teams, external agency partners, and media owners to meet the unique needs of various stakeholders.
Support, nurture, and guide junior team members, contributing to their development and overall team engagement.
Possess a working knowledge of digital media and the ability to plan campaigns when needed.
Responsible for buying all planned media (excluding TV and Digital) with support from the trading team, ensuring competitive rates.
