What You’ll Be Doing Drive Success at Scale: Proactively manage a diverse portfolio of 100+ local businesses, taking full ownership of their success and maintaining a targeted net retention rate. Conduct Strategic Business Reviews: Regularly lead performance reviews with clients to demonstrate the value of the OneLocal suite, analyze ROI, and align our solutions with their evolving business goals. Collaborate for Results: Work within a high-performance ecosystem, partnering with Account Executives, Implementation Specialists, Digital Marketing Experts, and Marketing Strategists to ensure seamless handoffs and expert execution. Anticipate & Solve: Act as a proactive problem-solver by identifying potential churn risks or technical hurdles early, ensuring every client reaches their desired outcome. Champion the Platform: Go above and beyond to ensure clients are fully leveraging the OneLocal platform, turning local business owners into long-term brand advocates. What You Bring You’ve got our customer’s best interest in your mind and will do whatever it takes to help them be successful with our solutions Experience working with small & medium businesses is an asset but not required Experience working with a high volume of clients Strong communication skills, both verbal and written 2 or more years experience as a Client Success Manager / Account Manager in one of the following environments: SaaS organization Marketing Agency Tech Startup Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and quickly adapt to changing timelines and priorities Ability to understand customer needs and determine its fit to our product offering Strong organizational and follow-up skills Ability to quickly build rapport with clients and turn them into long-term partnerships Proven ability to maintain professionalism and demonstrate courtesy towards clients Demonstrates honesty and integrity Questions the status quo and isn’t afraid to speak up Familiarity with CRM Platforms, ideally Salesforce Why You’ll Love Working Here: The opportunity to have a major impact at a growing company that is helping small and medium sized businesses grow their digital presence Remote first: We are committed to a remote-first work environment with occasional team gatherings in Toronto and other hubs.
