POSITION SUMMARY

The Account Manager plays a critical role in the overall goal of the Sales Department – to provide the Company with continuous, profitable growth. This is done by supporting the efforts of the Sales team and creating strong, trusting relationships with member groups, brokers, other departments, dental office staff, and community influencers. This position reports to the Manager of Client Services.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field and three years of experience in customer service, client relationship management or sales; OR the equivalent combination of education and experience which will provide the ability to perform the essential functions of the position. Must have a valid driver’s license for operation of a motor vehicle in Oregon, Washington and/or Idaho and possess an acceptable driving record. Experience in healthcare or insurance field preferred.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

The work is primarily performed while sitting and/or standing, but will require occasional walking, bending, stooping and carrying light items such as papers, books, or other supplies. The incumbent uses a computer and other standard office equipment to complete tasks.
