Role Description: Manages a portfolio of partners, providing them with complex commercial advice in regards to their business performance, market opportunities and new partnership growth opportunities. The Account Manager will directly manage the relationship with one or more stakeholders in each of the properties/partners in their portfolio. The main objective of the Account Manager is to manage the relationship with the partners in their portfolio with the goal of optimizing their performance on the platform. Key Job Responsibilities and Duties: Be responsible for managing the relationship with partners at property or local group level in the portfolio by investing majority of your time in direct interaction, mostly market visits and performance calls. Be the main point of contact for the partners in your portfolio and support them on commercial and operational topics. Be a trusted advisor for partners in your portfolio in regards to their business performance, market opportunities and industry trends and making data driven consultations by using internal analytical tools. Cooperate with relevant stakeholders like connectivity providers, central teams, (Sr.) key Account Managers and local offices Be able to influence stakeholders to implement products to optimize their performance Demonstrate deep knowledge of products and service offerings to partners at property or local group level.
