Responsibilities

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Own the client journey: Manage a portfolio of direct clients (Digital-First brands, app marketers, performance pros) across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
  • Run the full show: From campaign prep, uploads, and launch calls to daily optimizations, follow-ups, reporting, and deep-dive analysis — you’ve got it covered.
  • Strategize like a pro: Work hand-in-hand with your clients to build data-backed strategies that align with their business goals.
  • Grow the business: Spot upsell opportunities, pitch with confidence, and expand your accounts like a boss.
  • Make performance sing: Track results, uncover insights, and implement tailored optimizations that actually move the needle.
  • Team up: Collaborate with your team in Hamburg, Düsseldorf, Munich and Cologne, and stay tight with our international teammates across Product, Sales, AM, and Marketing.
