POSITION OVERVIEW
The Account Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and promoting Wescan Disposal’s full range of services. This role is for someone who enjoys building relationships, and for helping customers find the right solutions for their needs.
QUALIFICATIONS
· Proven track record in sales (experience in waste management, construction services, or related industries is an asset).
· Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
· Prospect, qualify, and close new business.
· Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients.
· Promote and present Wescan Disposal’s services.
· Conduct site visits and provide solutions.
· Achieve performance goals.
· Maintain records of sales activities and customer interactions.
· Stay current with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
