If your answer is "yes", you might have the determination to be our next contract Account Manager - joining our Partner Services team in our Valencia, Spain office. Role Description: You will be supporting the Local Partner Services team in Palma de Mallorca. You will be responsible for informing and consulting its accommodation partners in regards to their business performance, market opportunities and industry trends. You will empower partners on how to use the system, tools and available products of Booking.com BV with the goal of optimizing their performance on the platform and creating an amazing experience for Booking.com’s customers. Key Responsibilities Identify, research, and contact prospective customers and build positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business; Responsible for maintaining a strong relationship with the accommodation partners (i.e. visiting accommodations, contacting on regular basis); Acting on leads, partner feedback and information on competitor activity; Able to translate statistics and insights about Booking.com's competitors as well as local market knowledge into relevant actions; Responsible for providing trainings to accommodations about the online reservation systems; Partner events: support in organizing Booking.com events and webinars, as well as participating in external events and trade fairs representing the company.
