We are especially looking to expand our team in Asia and South America. Compensation: Competitive salary, plus benefits and bonuses, paid in your local currency. Start date: March 2026 Job Description Panda is seeking a full-time Sr. Account Manager with a proven track record of building relationships and driving sales growth. You'll partner with up-and-coming Indie publishers as well as some of the biggest names in the tabletop industry, helping them bring their games to life with Panda's world-class manufacturing. This is a high-impact role where you'll shape Panda's sales strategy, grow our client base, and guide projects from concept to production. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales (Primary Focus) Identify high-potential publishers and turn them into long-term Panda clients. Build strong, consultative relationships that lead to successful partnerships. Advise clients on components and production options, delivering accurate and competitive quotes. Coordinate localization and licensing efforts, connecting foreign partners with existing clients to enable joint print runs. 2. Business Development (Primary Focus) Help design and execute Panda’s short and long-term sales strategy. Track industry trends to anticipate opportunities and keep Panda ahead of the curve. Work closely with Marketing and Tech teams to improve the client experience and boost conversions. Explore new tabletop-adjacent business lines to expand Panda’s market presence. Mentor and support the sales team, sharing insights and best practices. 3. Project Management (Secondary) Guide clients through the Panda production process: design verification, pre-production, mass production, shipping, and follow-up. Collaborate with our overseas team to ensure high-quality, on-time production. Track multiple projects and schedules, managing client expectations with regular updates. Anticipate potential production challenges and implement solutions proactively. Use client feedback to improve and streamline production processes. 4. General Initiatives (Secondary) Contribute to company-wide initiatives. Monitor industry trends to support Panda’s strategic growth and decision-making. Mandatory Requirements: Please do not apply unless you meet all of the following: Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking) Minimum 3 years of sales experience with a proven record of success Minimum 5 years of full-time work experience Ability to travel internationally for at least 4 weeks per year (including Canada, USA, EU, UK, Hong Kong, China, & Brazil) Access to a private and professional remote workspace Familiarity with online tools such as Slack, Notion, Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, Meet, etc.), and Zoom A genuine passion for the tabletop games industry Preferred Attributes An ideal candidate will have many of the following: Tabletop industry experience (paid or unpaid) In-depth knowledge of board game and role-playing game publishers.
