Job Summary:
The Account Manager – Facilities Management is responsible for overseeing the delivery of integrated facilities services across multiple sites. This role ensures compliance with strict health, safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards while maintaining exceptional client satisfaction and operational efficiency. The Account Manager will act as the primary point of contact for key healthcare clients and will lead a multidisciplinary facilities team to deliver both hard and soft FM services in a clinical setting.

KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

  • Strong understanding of healthcare operational environments
  • Proven ability to manage complex, regulated contracts
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to lead teams in high-pressure, patient-centric environments
  • Financial and commercial acumen

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Degree or professional qualification in Facilities Management, Engineering, or Business (preferred)
  • Minimum 3–5 years in FM account management.
  • Experience with healthcare regulations (preferred)
  • Knowledge of CAFM systems (e.g., JobLogic, c365)
