Responsibilities

THE ROLE

As an Account Manager on the Partnerships team, you will promote the power of Neo to help retail brands (small and large) reach new customers, grow sales and achieve better business outcomes. You are the day-to-day contact for our merchant partners and are responsible for driving higher adoption and success, educating owners and staff on best practices that enable them to leverage Neo to the fullest extent. Beyond the day-to-day, you will be supporting our merchant partners to think about how we can partner together to drive customer acquisition and spend. Don’t worry, we will train you on how to master communication and relationship management!

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Develop and nurture deep, performance-driven relationships with each partner account in your portfolio, acting as their primary point of contact and advocate within Neo.
  • Utilize Salesforce to proactively and effectively manage accounts.
  • Empower partners to fully leverage the Neo platform through proactive performance discussions.
  • Thoroughly understand partners objectives and clearly communicate how Neo can help them achieve those objectives while building stronger engagement and intelligence with their customers.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell partners on additional growth opportunities with Neo.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, data, and product to deliver a white glove experience for our partners and customers.
  • Escalate where needed, and follow-up promptly to ensure merchant expectations are exceeded
