ACCOUNT MANAGER, PARTNERSHIPS

Our 50+ distribution partners provide their clients with privileged access to YouSet’s exclusive low rates for home and auto insurance, boosting their own revenues in the process. We’re seeking an Account Manager to drive growth and maximize the success of our partner network!
Responsibilities:
- Partnerships Ownership: Manage and expand a dynamic network of 50+ partners. Spearhead initiatives to achieve a 2x year-over-year increase in lead generation from B2B partnerships, driving growth and maximizing the value of each partnership.
- Existing Partners Growth: Proactively identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within our existing partner network. Collaborate closely with partners to develop customized strategies that drive growth, optimize revenue, and enhance their overall experience with YouSet, ensuring long-term success.
- New Partners Onboarding: Collaborate closely with the CEO to identify and onboard new partners. Take ownership of the end-to-end onboarding process and manage all logistical aspects of the partner launch to ensure a successful start.
- Partnerships Expert: Be the go-to person for partner-related inquiries within the company. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment with the company’s growth objectives.
- Career Growth: After achieving your growth objectives, play a key role in scaling our partnerships division by helping hire, lead, and coach a high-performing team.
